Variants
tone · display / active — Display = text.primary (the old white average stars); active = accent.text (theme-safe orange for user ratings — raw orange fails the UI floor on light).
fill · empty / half / full — Quarter fills died; display rounds to halves. Empty outlines wear border.strong.
Accessibility
Tab / Arrows — Interactive mode is a radiogroup of five radio buttons; display mode is a single role=img with the value in the label.
Hover preview and focus are code behavior, not Figma variants — the old set's 20 variants were mostly interaction frames.
